Challenge
A virus infected a real estate professional's computer. The previous IT provider rebuilt the system, and in the process the client's files were lost. The provider's answer was that the data was gone.
Solution
The Network Gurus stepped in and recovered the data the previous provider couldn't, then put tested backup in place so it could never happen again.
Result
Everything was restored "as though it never happened," turning a worst-case scenario into a non-event.
