How quoting works

  1. We run a free assessment of your network, security, and compliance posture.
  2. We count users, servers, and locations, and confirm whether HIPAA or FTC Safeguards applies.
  3. You receive a written per-user quote within one business day, with the plan and any add-on itemized.

Why security isn't optional here

Most of the incidents we're called in to clean up started at a business that had "managed IT" from someone else. They had monitoring and a help desk. They didn't have endpoint detection, enforced multi-factor authentication, email filtering, or staff training, because those were sold as a separate package the owner never bought. We stopped selling it that way. If we manage your network, we protect it. That's the whole plan.

Why only one plan?

Because the 'basic' tiers most providers sell leave out EDR, email security, MFA, and training, which are exactly the things that stop a ransomware event. We'd rather have one honest plan than three where only the top one is safe.

Why don't you publish the per-user price?

The price depends on your user count, how many servers and locations you have, and whether the compliance add-on applies. We give you an accurate written quote within one business day of your free assessment instead of a misleading starting number.

What does the Compliance add-on cost?

It's a flat monthly addition to the plan based on the framework (HIPAA or FTC Safeguards) and the size of your practice or dealership. It's quoted alongside the plan.

Is there a contract minimum?

We'll tell you the term up front in the quote. Ask directly if this matters to your decision and we'll be straight with you.

Are there surprise invoices?

No. The plan is flat monthly pricing. Project work (an office move, a server refresh) is quoted and approved in writing before it starts.

We already have an internal IT person. Does the plan still fit?

Yes. Co-managed clients get the same plan and the same security stack, priced for the users and systems you hand us.
