We know agencies
Agencies don't have an IT problem until the day they do, and then it's the day before a launch. A file server fills up. A designer's laptop dies with the only copy of a campaign on it. A client's ad account gets hijacked through a shared password in a spreadsheet. A freelancer who left three months ago still has the keys to the Dropbox.
We support marketing, design, video, and digital agencies across Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties. We keep the creative work fast and the client relationships safe.
What agencies actually need from IT
- Storage that keeps up. Video and design teams move gigabytes an hour. That means a wired network built for it, Wi-Fi that doesn't drop in the conference room, and shared storage that handles large files without syncing every workstation to death.
- Mac and PC, managed the same way. Monitoring, patching, encryption, and endpoint protection on both, without forcing designers onto Windows.
- Client credential hygiene. Agencies hold logins to clients' ad accounts, social profiles, websites, and analytics. A password manager with shared vaults, MFA everywhere, and a clean offboarding process protects the client relationship.
- Backup that includes cloud tools. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and project management tools all need their own backup. Deleted means deleted unless someone made a copy.
- A phone system that follows the team. Account managers take client calls from anywhere. Cloud VoIP with mobile apps, call routing, and voicemail-to-email.
What we manage for agencies
- Office network, switching, and Wi-Fi sized for media workloads
- Mac and Windows workstation management, patching, and encryption
- Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration, security baseline, and backup
- Shared storage: on-premise file server, cloud, or both, configured for large files
- Password management with shared vaults for client accounts
- Contractor and freelancer onboarding and offboarding
- Endpoint detection, email security, and phishing training
- Cloud phone systems
Common problems we fix in the first 30 days
- Client passwords in a shared spreadsheet or Slack channel
- One sync folder that's the only copy of finished work
- A "temporary" Wi-Fi router that became the office network
- Former employees and freelancers with live access to client accounts
- Agency email domains without SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, which gets client campaigns flagged as spam and lets criminals impersonate the agency
- Workstations that haven't been updated since they were unboxed
AI tools, done carefully
Agencies are early adopters of AI for copy, image generation, and research, often by individual staff on personal accounts. That's a client data leak waiting to happen. We help agencies standardize on approved tools with business accounts, data retention turned off, and clear rules for what client material can and can't go into them.
