IT support for small and mid-sized businesses

Whatever your business does, if you have 8 to 150 people relying on computers, email, and a phone, we can be your IT department. Local technicians across Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties.

Your IT department, without hiring one

Most small businesses in Southwest Florida don't have an IT department. They have an office manager who knows where the router is, a nephew who set up the Wi-Fi, or an IT guy who answers when he can. That works until the day it doesn't: ransomware, a dead server, an email account taken over and used to send fake invoices to your customers.

Managed IT replaces "call someone when it breaks" with a team that already knows your network. We monitor your systems around the clock, patch them on a schedule, answer your staff's calls in minutes, and show up in person when hands are needed. You pay one flat monthly price per user, and security is included instead of sold as an upgrade.

Who we work with

Any business with roughly 8 to 150 people that depends on its technology and doesn't want to manage it. That includes:

  • Medical, dental, and dermatology practices
  • Auto dealerships
  • Law firms and CPA firms
  • Construction companies and contractors, including a custom home builder and a roofing contractor we support today
  • Manufacturers and distributors
  • Nonprofits
  • Real estate brokerages, property managers, and HOA management companies
  • Insurance agencies, financial advisors, and title companies
  • Marketing agencies, engineering firms, and other professional offices
  • Home services, marine, and field service businesses with office and mobile staff

If you don't see your industry, ask. The fundamentals are the same everywhere.

What's included

  • Unlimited help desk, remote and on site, for every user
  • 24/7 monitoring of workstations, servers, and network equipment
  • Security built in: endpoint detection and response, email security, enforced multi-factor authentication, staff training, and a managed firewall
  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration
  • Tested, immutable backups with a written recovery plan
  • Patch management for Windows, Mac, and common business software
  • Vendor management: we call your internet provider, printer company, and software vendors so you don't have to
  • Quarterly planning and budget reviews
  • A client portal showing every ticket, asset, and recommendation

Business phones (3CX cloud phone systems) and compliance support for HIPAA or the FTC Safeguards Rule are available when you need them.

Signs it's time

  • The same problems keep coming back
  • Nobody can tell you for certain that your backups work
  • Staff share passwords, or there's no MFA on email
  • Former employees may still have access to something
  • Your cyber insurance application asked questions you couldn't answer
  • You're paying hourly IT bills that are impossible to budget
  • Your current IT person is slow to respond, or is one person with no backup

How it works

  1. Free assessment. A 60-minute on-site visit and a written report of what's working, what's at risk, and what to fix first.
  2. A straight quote. One flat per-user price within one business day, in writing.
  3. Onboarding in about 30 days. We document everything, close urgent security gaps in the first two weeks, and coordinate with your current provider so your staff don't notice the switch.
  4. Ongoing management. Monitoring, help desk, security, and quarterly planning, all visible in your client portal.

Why a local, veteran-owned provider

We're based in Englewood and our technicians work across Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties, so on-site help comes from a few miles away, not across the state. The company was founded by U.S. Air Force veteran Evan Fannin more than 15 years ago, and some clients have been with us that entire time. We're members of the Englewood and Venice Area Chambers of Commerce.

Questions we hear

Frequently asked questions

Don’t see your question? Call us and a real person will answer.

Do you only work with healthcare, dealerships, and law firms?

No. Those are specialties, but most of what a small business needs is the same in every industry: working computers, secure email, reliable Wi-Fi, backups, phones, and someone to call. We work with construction companies, manufacturers and distributors, nonprofits, property managers, agencies, and many other kinds of businesses.

What size business is a good fit?

Usually 8 to 150 employees. Below that, a lighter arrangement may make more sense and we'll tell you so. Above that, we often work alongside an internal IT person in a co-managed setup.

How much does managed IT cost for a small business?

Most Southwest Florida businesses pay between $125 and $225 per user per month for fully managed IT with security included. We quote one flat per-user price after a free assessment, with no surprise hourly bills.

We have someone in the office who handles IT. Do we still need you?

Often that person is an office manager or a tech-savvy employee doing IT on top of their real job. We can take it off their plate completely, or work alongside them so they stay the first point of contact while we handle monitoring, security, and projects.

How fast do you respond?

Under 15 minutes on average during business hours, with 24/7 monitoring and same or next business day on-site visits across Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties.
