What's included
- Hardware installs and repairs
- Network, Wi-Fi, and cabling work
- New office and location setups
- Server and infrastructure maintenance
- Emergency on-site response for outages
How it works
- Assess: remote support triages first to confirm on-site is needed.
- Onboard: a technician is scheduled, typically same or next business day.
- Stabilize: the issue is resolved on-site with documentation left behind.
- Optimize: recurring on-site needs get flagged for a permanent fix.
- Plan: planned on-site work (refreshes, moves) is scheduled around your hours.
Who it's for
Businesses in Sarasota, Venice, Bradenton, and Port Charlotte that need hands-on IT work, not just a phone call.
Plans
Included in managed IT plans. Emergency on-site response may carry a separate rate depending on plan.
When a visit is the right answer
Most tickets close remotely. Some don't: a server that won't boot, a new office that needs cabling, a printer that needs a part, a workstation refresh for the whole front office, a firewall swap. For those, a local technician comes to you. We're based in Englewood and route through Sarasota, Venice, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and Port Charlotte on a regular schedule, with faster response for an active outage.
On-site work we do regularly
- New office setups: cabling, racks, switches, Wi-Fi, phones, printers, and workstations
- Office moves, including the weekend cutover so Monday works
- Server installs, replacements, and migrations to the cloud
- Firewall and network equipment replacement
- Workstation refreshes for a whole office, with data moved and old devices wiped
- Wi-Fi surveys and fixes for buildings with dead spots
- Exam-room, service-bay, and showroom hardware with the right mounts and protection
- Emergency response for outages, failed hardware, and storm recovery
What a visit looks like
The technician arrives knowing your environment, because it's documented. The work is done, tested with your staff, and written up in the client portal with photos where useful. If something was a temporary fix, it's flagged for a permanent one.
After a storm
We're on site as soon as it's safe. Power protection checks, equipment inspection, network restoration, and getting the office operational, in that order. How that went for one client.
What it costs
On-site support within Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties is included in the managed plan for break-fix and support work. Projects like moves, cabling, and refreshes are quoted and approved in writing before they start.
